Are you looking to hire a Realtor?  I always recommend interviewing more than one, and don’t be afraid to ask the hard questions:

  • Are you a full-time Realtor?

  • How many homes have you helped sell in the past 12 months?

  • What is your approach when interacting with other agents on my behalf?  

Remember, when you choose an agent to represent you, they are an extension of you. That agent could very well make or break a transaction for you.  This transaction is about YOU and YOUR interests! Sometimes egos get involved and it is no longer about the client, but about the agent being right or wanting to prove how much experience they have.  

Leave all egos at the door because there is no room for them when it comes to one of your largest financial investments. If you’re looking to hire an agent, give me a call, I would love the opportunity for an interview!
