I’m Meredith Smith of Meredith Smith Homes. I became a licensed realtor in 2003, beginning my career in Maine, serving buyers and sellers with great pride until relocating to Nashville in 2017. I immediately fell in LOVE with Nashville – the food, the nightlife, the parks and green spaces, and most of all the people. To meet my clients needs, I spend a lot of time traveling throughout Nashville – the trunk of my car is filled with staging tools, cleaning products, light construction equipment, and tall boots – I’m a full-service realtor and will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your home buying or selling goals. When I’m not meeting with clients or touring properties, you can find me spending time with my husband, Aaron, and our 2 rescue coon hounds, Daisy Lu and Red. I also love distance running, it keeps me centered and focused, and I’ve even competed in the Boston Marathon twice.
